**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our kitchen staff, create delicious and innovative dishes, and maintain high food quality and sanitation standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all kitchen operations and staff, ensuring high-quality food production
- Develop new menu items and recipes in line with culinary trends and customer preferences
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen team members
- Monitor food costs and work within budgetary guidelines
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage kitchen staff
- Understanding of food cost control, menu planning, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is preferred
