Position Overview:


As an Inside Sales Representative at Dimensional Strategies Inc. you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by selling our Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider), Analytics, and low-code solutions to mid-sized and Corporate level customers. You will work closely with the VP of Sales Manager to identify and qualify leads. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and positioning our solutions as the ideal fit.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Research and gather information on prospective customers to understand their needs and pain points.


  • Sales Process Management:
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers/Technical Consultants to address customer inquiries and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements.


  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to provide updates, address concerns, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.


  • Sales Strategy Implementation:
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales to implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


  • CRM & Reporting:
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate sales reports.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to the sales leadership team.


Qualifications:


  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.


  • Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a B2B inside sales role, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with Microsoft CSP, Power BI, or low-code platforms is highly desirable.


  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, business intelligence, and low-code development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Apollo and Hubspot) and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
