This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Scotiabank's sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market share.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Certifications: CSC or IFIC certification, CFP or CIM, or equivalent.
  • Language Skills: Bilingualism is an asset.
