Job Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of driving their mission forward by identifying potential sponsors and partners, initiating meaningful conversations, and bringing in the resources that fuel our growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential sponsors and partners, aligning their goals with the initiatives and community.
  • Proactively reach out to potential stakeholders through calls, emails, and networking to introduce partnership opportunities.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitches that showcase the value of sponsorship and partnership with our organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring their goals are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Drive sponsorship and partnership revenue to support the events, initiatives, and overall mission.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking opportunities, expanding the reach of our mission and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Maintain organized records of leads, outreach, and progress to ensure consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities to keep strategies fresh and effective.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sponsorship activities with broader company objectives and community goals.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, sponsorship, or partnership development, ideally in a community-focused or event-driven organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to create compelling pitches that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about relationship-building and creating win-win solutions for sponsors and partners.
  • A natural networker with the ability to engage with professionals across various industries.
