About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for qualifying leads, developing them into selling opportunities, and closing sales.

You'll also be expected to meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. To achieve this, you'll develop a robust sales pipeline through personal outreach, team collaboration, and management of outbound prospects.

A critical part of your role will be navigating organizations to map stakeholders, build champions, and close deals with decision-makers. You'll also maintain up-to-date records in Hubspot with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment sales or selling staffing services
  • A proven track record in developing new business and adding net new logos
  • A hunter mentality, coupled with strong sales acumen and a willingness to learn
Total Compensation

As a Sales Development Representative at Contra, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Commission pay based on performance
