Responsibilities:

  • Provide Strategic Guidance: Lead corporate planning initiatives to support financial goals and business objectives.
  • Oversee Financial Reporting: Manage all financial and management reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Direct Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and oversee budgets and forecasts, aligning financial strategies with operational needs.
  • Develop Financial Models: Design and maintain comprehensive financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Manage Cash Flow: Oversee cash flow management and prepare detailed cash flow forecasts to support liquidity and financial stability.
  • Produce Monthly Financial Statements: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Conduct ROI and Portfolio Valuations: Evaluate return on investment (ROI) and conduct portfolio valuations to optimize capital allocation.
  • Prepare KPI Reports: Create and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and financial health.
  • Oversee Contract Management: Manage contract processes to mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ad-hoc Financial Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake additional financial tasks and projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA in Finance or a relevant discipline preferred.

Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification required.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management and strategic leadership roles, preferably within consumer products, retail, or related industries.

Financial Management: Proven ability to lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Reporting and Analysis: Strong expertise in financial reporting, including the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.

Strategic Planning: Ability to provide strategic guidance and oversee financial modeling to support decision-making and long-term planning.

Cash Flow Management: Experience in managing cash flow, including the preparation of detailed forecasts and analysis to support liquidity management.

Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and modeling. Experience with ERP systems and financial software is advantageous.
