Role Summary:
Under the guidance of the Director, the Finance Manager is tasked with overseeing intricate financial and administrative operations essential for achieving the objectives of the Business Development Department. This role is pivotal in advising the Director on financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring effective human resources management within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and preparing departmental budgets.
  • Conducting financial analyses and providing recommendations to address budgetary concerns.
  • Reviewing financial controls to maintain integrity.
  • Overseeing human resources functions related to administrative staff.
  • Managing the department's financial administration team, including recruitment and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborating with the management team on strategic planning initiatives.
  • Leading operational projects and financial performance assessments.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a university degree along with a professional accounting certification or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in administering accounting and procurement policies, offering financial guidance to senior management, and engaging in strategic planning is essential.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Advanced knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
