Location: Southwestern Ontario (Toronto/Hamilton/London – Hybrid)

RentBolt is a high-growth real estate services company focused on helping property owners fill vacancies faster and more efficiently. We're now expanding into key markets in Southwestern Ontario.

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to help lead our growth efforts in Ontario & expanding our portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect multi-residential properties.
  • Secure tenant placement mandates through structured outreach and relationship-building
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with the CEO and expansion team to refine market entry strategies
  • Maintain clear records of activity, pipeline progress, and signed mandates
  • Represent RentBolt with professionalism and credibility in the Ontario market

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, real estate, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to build and close new business relationships
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and independently driving deal flow
  • Familiarity with the Ontario rental or real estate market is a strong asset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with accountability

Compensation & Structure

  • Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
  • Total Compensation: $55,000 + Commission & Bonus
  • OTE: $75,000 - $85,000

Location & Work Environment

  • Candidate should be based in Toronto, Hamilton, Kitchener or London.
  • Hybrid role: primarily remote with regular in-person client meetings
  • Travel within the region may be required for client development
