RealAssist is a property technology company developing tools and technologies for a smarter lead generation, sales and management process.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive who is amiable, assertive, and ready for a challenge. The Account Executives role is actively seeking new sales opportunities and developing new business.
You will be responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. This responsibility includes finding new leads and identifying new deal opportunities. Finally, you will be the link between the client and the rest of our team from Customer Success Managers to Support and Project Managers.
**What you will be doing**:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to a closed deal, including negotiating contracts to maximize profit
- Generate new revenue through lead generation and new customer relationships
- Present products and services to prospective and existing clients that focus on the customers needs through presentations, demos, and meetings
- Remain in active contact with our clients to understand their needs and identify new opportunities
- Work with customer success managers, project managers, and the support teams to coordinate account activity and ensure customer success
**Requirements and Skills**
- Proficiency in English
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or a similar sales role
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through Sales
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use our products and services
- Ability to learn quickly and commit to becoming a product authority
- Knowledge of sales and negotiating principles
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential
- Time-management skills
- A BCS or BA in business administration or sales is a plus
- Experience working in the logistics industry is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot) is a plus
**Expectations**
- Ability to garner an in-depth understanding of our products and services so you can develop sales strategies to meet our company goals
- Generate new revenue
- Ability to convert leads into deals
- Meet predetermined goals and quotas
**Compensation**
This position offers a commission compensation for the first 30 days of employment upon successful completion of 8 deals in the first month of employment you will be provided a base salary plus commission and residuals plan.
Currently average reps are making 80k within their first year
Top reps are making 150k plus.
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- On call
