Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for new business acquisition and strategic account management? Do you thrive in a role that allows you to engage with C-suite executives, negotiate complex deals, and drive revenue growth?
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Client's team, managing a portfolio of named accounts in Ontario while proactively expanding our customer base. This hybrid role (2-3 days in office) requires residency in the Greater Toronto Area and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 global organization known for innovation, sustainability (carbon neutral), and a no-micromanagement culture.
What You'll Do:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Lead high-level sales negotiations with executives and C-suite decision-makers
Leverage internal & external partnerships to differentiate our solutions and close deals
Drive face-to-face and virtual client engagement to strengthen relationships
Represent our cutting-edge hardware, software, and solutions to enterprise clients
What You Bring:
5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of winning new business
Strong ability to strategically sell, negotiate, and influence at all levels
Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with CRM and prospecting tools
A valid driver's license and ability to travel (occasionally for client visits)
Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary: $95K–$105K + Commissions ($15K–$45K OTE = $110K–$150K+)
Full benefits (paid by the company) after 3-month probation
Vacation: 2 weeks + Christmas shutdown
Retirement Savings Plan: Company contributes up to 6% of base salary & commission
