We are searching for an exceptionally talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team and help us deliver on our customer promise. Reporting to the Sr. Director, People & Culture, your primary focus will be supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, pipelining, and screening for high-quality candidates and assisting all stages of our recruitment process. Supporting People & Culture administration, you will lend a hand in support of the total P&C team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is driven to succeed and is keen on building their career in Talent Acquisition.

What You’ll be Doing:

Recruitment & Sourcing (80%)

  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed platforms to source and pipeline candidates for all active roles.
  • Screen applicant resumes and online profiles to determine high-quality matches for each role.
  • Assess candidates’ capability fit and values alignment.
  • Facilitate the virtual assessment step of the interview process.
  • Provide recommendations to the recruiter and hiring manager on A-level talent.
  • Assist in the preparation for interviews, including scheduling, documentation, printing, and room set up.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of all employer brand collateral, including job requisitions, position descriptions, LinkedIn pages, and recruitment tooling.
  • Partner with College and University educators to build early talent pipelines.
  • Participate in external recruitment events and networking opportunities to attract elite talent.

People & Culture Administration (20%)

  • Communicate team updates including new hires, departures, and promotions.
  • Administer the employee milestone, recognition, and Construction SWAG programs.
  • Maintain reporting, including monthly and ad hoc reporting.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience in recruitment and/or sourcing.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Administration or Human Resources.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • A passion for recruitment and hiring top talent.
  • Strong talent assessment capability.
  • Results-orientation with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, HR Technology).
