The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering Talent Acquisition solutions seamlessly – aligned to a business area/capability in partnership with the Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition colleagues to proactively identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capabilities and skills in a fast-paced challenging market. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all recruitment activities are compliant with our policies and procedures.

Essential Skills/Experience:
  1. Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition – within a global environment.
  2. Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in an in-house environment or similar.
  3. Experience of planning and leading complex recruitment campaigns for hard to fill skills sets using a range of methods and tools attraction channels.
  4. Experience with Workday application tracking system or other related system.
  5. Ability to adopt and utilize digital/AI tools.
  6. Stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced changing agile environment.
  8. Customer focused, results orientated approach.
  9. Persuading and influencing skills, with a strong ability to manage expectations.
  10. Written and spoken proficiency in English.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
  1. Educated to degree level/postgraduate qualification in a HR related specialism.
  2. Recruiting experience in the United States within the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Experience with Workday or comparable ATS systems.
  4. Fluency in both English & French.
