As a Print Operator, and a member of our team you should:


· Strive to be the best person you can be. This doesn't directly relate only to your quality of work, but as a genuine loyal, honest, happy human


· Be outgoing, dedicated and hard working. Work is not just work, it is a place where you spend many of your hours is an important to build relationships with your coworkers.


· Have a great eye for detail. Details can make or break a project in each and every phase. Not every project is the

same, and may require different levels of problem solving. All of which will be taught through experience (your own as well as ours).


As a Print Operator, you will work closely with the team to ensure the product/project is produced correctly, on time, and with great quality. The duties that are included in this (but not limited to) are:


  • Learn to operate our 4 large format printers, from latex roll to roll, UV flatbed to UV roll to roll.
  • Learn to operate the laminator
  • Ensuring deadlines are met
  • Proofing each print/product and informing production manager about any anomalies.
  • Quality control of the produced prints
  • With numerous machines from flatbed cutters, roll to roll printers, flatbed printers, laser engravers, plotters, etc. there is no shortage on being able to evolve and learn all aspects of our production line further down the road.
