Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire de Construction, Ingénieur de Chantier ou Chef de Projet de Construction responsable et indépendant pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Nous avons actuellement un poste à temps plein prêt pour vous avec l'un de nos partenaires, qui implique un projet de remplacement d'équipement hydromécanique de 3 mois avec des rotations réguliers au site, localisé au Côte Nord.


De nombreux autres projets de Construction, de Réhabilitation ou d'Ingénierie pourraient également s'ouvrir et vous serez impliqué dans toutes sortes de projets petits, moyens et grands dans divers portefeuilles.


Vous serez responsable de la coordination des travaux, sur place, avec le Client dans une grande centrale hydroélectrique, de la planification à trois semaines, de la complétion des formulaires et procédures de gestion de la construction, ainsi que de l'aide au suivi de l'efficacité, des aspects de Santé et Sécurité et des exigences de QA/QC. La préparation des mesures d'atténuation des risques tout en assurant le bon déroulement des opérations nécessitera un penseur stratégique avec des compétences organisationnelles de premier ordre. Responsabilités clés :

Nous recherchons toute personne pouvant assumer les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Gestion sur site de toutes les étapes, procédures et exigences du projet.
  • Contrôle de la qualité du travail de nos partenaires et fournisseurs.
  • Coordination des permis, des exigences du Client et des impacts potentiels sur les opérations.
  • Élaboration de plans de projet détaillés, accompagnés de calendriers, de jalons et de l'affectation des ressources.
  • Élaboration et gestion des calendriers de projet, évaluation du bon déroulement des calendriers et intégration du nivellement des ressources, le cas échéant.
  • Collaboration étroite avec les différentes équipes afin de garantir que les objectifs du projet soient atteints conformément au budget et aux délais.
  • Suivi de l'avancement du projet et ajustements éventuels pour son bon déroulement.
  • Identification des risques potentiels et recherche de solutions judicieuses pour les atténuer.
  • Rédaction des rapports et des présentations détaillés afin d'informer les parties prenantes.
  • Promotion d'un environnement de collaboration et de communication ouvert avec tous les membres de l'équipe.
  • Diverses autres demandes administratives ou urgentes


Qualifications :

  • BAC en gestion de projet, administration des affaires, ingénierie ou dans un domaine lié.
  • Expérience d'au moins trois ans en matière de gestion de construction sur des chantiers dans les domaines industriels ou génie civil, ou dans une fonction similaire.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets complexes.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de projet (par exemple, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Asana).
  • Une certification PMP, PRINCE2 ou autre certification pertinente est un atout, sans être une exigence.
  • A noter qu'Equinox parraine les formations et certifications de ses collaborateurs.

Job Description:

We're looking for a responsible and independent Construction Manager, Site Engineer or Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. We have a current full-time role ready for you with one of our partners and it involves a 3-month hydromechanical equipment replacement project, with regular rotations to the site that's located northeast of Quebec City.


Many other Construction, Rehabilitation or Engineering projects could also open up and you’ll be involved in all kinds of small, medium and large projects in various portfolios.


You'll be responsible for coordinating the work with the Client at a large hydroelectric station, booking the 3-week look ahead, filling out their Construction Management forms and procedures, as well as helping with efficiency tracking, Health and Safety aspects and QA/QC requirements. The preparation of risk mitigation measures while ensuring everything runs smoothly will require a strategic thinker with top-notch organizational skills and loves juggling multiple projects, this could be what you’re looking for


Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for someone who can take on these responsibilities.

  • On-site management of all project steps, procedures and requirements.
  • Quality Control of our partners’ and suppliers’ work.
  • Coordinate permitting, Client requirements and potential impacts to operations.
  • Create detailed project plans, complete with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Create and master Project Schedules, assess the health of the schedules and integrate resource leveling when required
  • Work closely with different teams to make sure we hit our project goals on time and within budget.
  • Foster a collaborative and open communication environment with all team members.
  • Various other administrative or urgent requests.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience with on-site work, in an Industrial and Energy project or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Asana).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certification is a bonus but not a requirement.
