Your Responsibilities:

· Strategic Oversight: Lead departments such as Delivery, Warehousing, Reverse Logistics, Customer Support, and Health & Safety.

· Operational Excellence: Guarantee efficiency and effectiveness across all operations.

· Policy Development: Craft and enforce policies that elevate operational performance.

· Supplier Management: Oversee supplier relations and conduct critical negotiations.

· Leadership: Guide and develop a team of committed professionals.

· Customer Focus: Uphold a customer-first approach in all operational activities.


Your Qualifications:

· Experience: A strong background in senior logistics and operations roles, preferably within sizable companies.

· Management Skills: A history of managing diverse departments and fostering operational excellence.

· Leadership: Exceptional leadership abilities, particularly in servant leadership.

· Problem-Solving: Outstanding proactive problem-solving skills.

· Integrity: A reputation for high integrity and earning stakeholder trust.

· Vision: A dedication to the long-term objectives and prosperity of the business.

· Industry Knowledge: Retail and/or Distribution experience is highly valued.


Location: Greater Vancouver

Compensation: $175-270K (incl. bonus)
