Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry tasks.
- Creating Spreadsheets for modeling / forecasting reports and inputting information into databases.
- Generate invoices and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Prepare reports and statements by analyzing data and presenting findings.
- Create and format documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Proofread documents to ensure error-free work.
- Assist with general office administration tasks, including reception duties.
- Report directly to the Country Managing Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of recent office administration or accounting experience.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with databases.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to handle shifting priorities.
- Quick learner and collaborative team player.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Bilingual Preferred (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese)
