  1. Bilingual in Chinese or Mandarin
  2. Ability to work across different time zones when needed.
  3. Communicate and coordinate efforts with Asian and European offices.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Creating Spreadsheets for modeling / forecasting reports and inputting information into databases.
  • Generate invoices and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Prepare reports and statements by analyzing data and presenting findings.
  • Create and format documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Proofread documents to ensure error-free work.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks, including reception duties.
  • Report directly to the Country Managing Director.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years of recent office administration or accounting experience.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with databases.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to handle shifting priorities.
  • Quick learner and collaborative team player.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Bilingual Preferred (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese)
