We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales and Marketing Manager with expertise in Salesforce CRM, Digital Marketing, and Trade Shows to drive our business growth through integrated and strategic approaches. This role will play a pivotal part in aligning sales and marketing efforts, utilizing technology and events to enhance customer engagement and achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce CRM Management:
- Administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM system to streamline lead management, enhance customer relationships, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Customize Salesforce to align with the organization's sales and marketing processes and objectives.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales and marketing teams on leveraging Salesforce for maximum efficiency.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales initiatives.
- Utilize digital marketing tools, including email campaigns, social media, SEO, and PPC, to drive engagement and conversion.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
3. Trade Shows and Events:
- Plan and execute participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Coordinate logistics, booth design, and promotional materials for trade show exhibitions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize lead generation and networking opportunities at events.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports within Salesforce to provide actionable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
- Analyze performance metrics from digital marketing and trade show activities, providing regular reports and recommendations.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CRM with other business systems.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide marketing support aligned with sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales and marketing, with a focus on Salesforce CRM, digital marketing, and trade show management.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, configuration, and customization.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in planning and coordinating trade shows and events.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or other relevant certifications are a plus.
