Nous sommes à la recherche de notre Restaurant Manager en CDI.

Description du poste

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  1. Organiser, superviser et coordonner les opérations de la salle
  2. Offrir un service supérieur et optimiser la satisfaction client, réagir efficacement aux réclamations des clients
  3. Évaluer régulièrement la qualité des produits et chercher de nouveaux fournisseurs boissons.
  4. Évaluer le travail du personnel et donner des retours pour améliorer la productivité
  5. Participation au recrutement, et fidélisation d’une équipe solide
  6. Estimer les besoins futurs en marchandises
  7. Assurer le respect des réglementations en matière d’hygiène et de sécurité
  8. Contrôler les coûts d’exploitation
  9. Créer des rapports détaillés sur les recettes et dépenses hebdomadaires, mensuelles et annuelles
  10. Promouvoir le restaurant via l’organisation d’évènements
  11. Former les employés aux bonnes pratiques des standards de service.
  12. Mettre en place des politiques et protocoles qui serviront aux futures opérations du restaurant

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  1. 2 ans minimum d'expérience professionnelle en tant que responsable restauration
  2. Maîtrise des logiciels de restaurant comme Symphonie, Bartek, skeat …
  3. Excellente présentation et élocution
  4. Langue anglaise exigée
  5. Capacités relationnelles, leadership
  6. Compétences en gestion financière
  7. Maîtrise des normes HACCP
