About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Pitalite Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including cost of food, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless daily operations, including staff scheduling and training.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
