Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at AJIO Korean & Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability and minimize waste.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices and terms.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Event Management: Manage events to ensure that they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that we meet our goals and objectives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager who has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements- 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant management role
