Restaurant Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Pitalite Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Financial Management
- Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce expenses
- Operations and Logistics
- Supervise and train staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
- Customer Service and Relations
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Staff Management and Development
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Education and Experience
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business)
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role
- Work Environment and Conditions
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Standing for extended periods
