About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Pitalite Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze and optimize the restaurant's budget to boost profits
    • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
    • Monitor and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional customer service
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
