Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive new business development and strengthen client relationships. This role will focus on targeting property managers, building owners, and other stakeholders to expand the adoption of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Identify and engage prospective clients, specifically property managers and building owners, to promote our height safety solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to illustrate the value and compliance benefits of our solutions.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market opportunities and trends.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, ensuring clear communication of product benefits and regulatory compliance.

Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the safety, construction, or industrial products sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with property managers, building owners, and other key decision-makers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Proficiency in English; French is an asset.
