The Bedford location of Trim Landscaping is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our accounting department as a Junior Accountant.

Working side by side with our controller, you will be responsible for managing the daily financial and accounting tasks for the business.

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
  • Or have minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Hubdoc and QuickBooks considered an asset.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel

What does a Junior Accountant do?

  • Accounts Payable working with hubdoc and QBO to review payables, pay vendors, and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Reconcile bank accounts and visa accounts by monthly deadlines.
  • Payroll
  • Assist with payroll entry and review.
  • Assist Controller with other duties as required.
