About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at DXB Logistics Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required
  • Assist with tax returns and other financial obligations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
