Job description
The Home Depot Professional Cleaning Services is currently seeking a secretary for a full-time position at the Scarborough office.
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and some Saturdays or Sundays 9:00am-4:00pm

Responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients on the phone in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide customers estimates/job quotes, book and arrange appointments
  • Collect customer information and job details
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality
  • Organizing followups for rebookings
- *Other duties, relevant to the position, will be assigned as required._

Required Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes:

  • Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel
  • Google maps
  • Minimum one year of office administration experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Effective time management skills; punctual and reliable
  • Strong organization skills, detailoriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
