**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Managing agendas for upper management, scheduling meetings, and appointments
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Managing and maintaining files, records, and databases to ensure quick retrieval of information
- Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Assisting colleagues whenever necessary, promoting a team-oriented environment

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Including outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in these languages to effectively handle correspondence, communication with clients.
- Proven experience as an Administration Secretary or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a problem-solving attitude
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
