Alpa Stairs and Railings is the largest manufacturer of residential and commercial Wood Staircases and Railings supporting the building industry and homeowners across Ontario, providing designs, measurements, production and installation of Stairs and Railings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Request for completions from builders
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from customers and various other stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Submit paperwork for invoicing with correct backup
  • File and maintain Accounts receivables invoices, files, and customerrelated records
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with collections and other items such as invoice discrepancies etc.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and respond to queries
  • Backup receptionist
  • Assist the team with any administrative duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Deadline driven and process oriented while taking personal accountability for results
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Highly detailed, focused, with a strong ability to organize and multitask in a fastpaced
and high-volume environment, with a high degree of accuracy

  • A great attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communications skills are mandatory
  • Experience in the construction industry is an asset but not a requirement
