En traitant avec une clientèle technique, vous devrez aider les clients à commander et à recevoir nos produits. Votre poste nécessite des aptitudes en service à la clientèle, des principes de base de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, de l'expédition et de la gestion du temps. Vous fournirez également une assistance de première ligne à notre force de vente externe.

En tant que représentant(e) du service à la clientèle, vous communiquerez avec les clients par téléphone, fax et/ou courrier électronique. Vous traiterez les commandes, les devis et les demandes de renseignements générales à l'aide d'un système basé sur AS400, en conjonction avec des applications basées sur le web. Vous coordonnerez le flux de matériaux entre la chaîne d'approvisionnement et la distribution en collaboration avec la force de vente externe, et vous aiderez à coordonner l'exécution de projets plus importants.

Responsabilités du poste :

Traiter les commandes des clients selon les procédures internes sur un système basé sur le web et BPCS (AS400) Répondre aux demandes internes et externes des clients en temps opportun Accélérer le mouvement des matériaux pour garantir la satisfaction des exigences des clients Collaborer avec les ventes et d'autres départements sur des questions liées aux clients (tarification, expédition, Qualifier les pistes de vente et les transmettre au département des ventes Participation au processus d'amélioration continue, aux sessions de formation, aux réunions et au développement des compétences

Exigences en matière d'éducation et de compétences :

3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le service à la clientèle Diplôme universitaire ou collégial préféré Capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant et rapide Compétences exceptionnelles en communication verbale et écrite Excellentes compétences en relations interpersonnelles Compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à gérer des priorités changeantes Familiarité avec les applications MS Office Compétences en prise de décision, résolution de problèmes et pensée créative.

Bilingual Customer Care Representative

Job summary

Dealing with a technical client base, you will be required to assist customers in ordering and receiving our products. Your position requires aptitude in customer service, basic pipeline principles, expediting, and time management. You will also provide front line assistance to our Outside Sales force.

As a Customer Care Representative you will communicate with customers via phone, fax, and/or e-mail. You will process orders, quotations and general inquiries through an AS400 based system, in conjunction with web-based applications. You will coordinate material flow between supply chain and distribution in conjunction with Outside Sales, and assist in coordinating larger project execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Process customer orders according to internal procedures on web-based and BPCS (AS400) system Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner Expedite materials to ensure that customer requirements are met Liaise with Sales and other departments on customer matters (pricing, shipping Qualify sales leads and forward to Sales dept. Participation in the continuous improvement process, training sessions, meetings, skill building development

Education and Skill Requirement:

3-5 years' experience in customer service University degree or college diploma preferred Able to work in a fast-paced demanding environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent sales personality skills Organization and time management skills Able to multi-task the activities and shifting priorities Familiarity with MS Office Applications Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
