Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Canadian Banking Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Canadian Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our banking products and services, including our personal and commercial banking offerings.
  3. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  4. Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. Bilingualism: Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages.
  2. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, including personal and commercial banking offerings.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
