**Job Summary**

Sun Life is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and advisors through inbound calls, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and find solutions to client problems in a friendly and proactive way.
  • Provide clients and advisors with additional information on Sun Life's products and services to support their financial and health goals.
  • Ensure clients and advisors have the right information, taking the right amount of their time.

**Requirements**

  • Bilingualism in English and French (oral and written) to communicate with clients across Canada and worldwide.
  • Customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability Status through the Government of Canada, including a background check with fingerprinting by the RCMP.
