Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Contact Centre Representative to join our Canadian Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell TD Bank products and services to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bilingualism in English and French (written and verbal).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
