Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in English and Mandarin/Cantonese or English and French.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, video, social media, or mobile.
  • Assist clients with questions or concerns regarding their credit cards, including balance checks, limit increases/decreases, authorized users, and fraudulent transactions.
  • Respond empathetically to client inquiries and resolve issues at first point of contact.
  • Contribute to team results by supporting colleagues to meet client needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as a cohesive team.
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.
  • Educate and assist clients with using digital capabilities, such as navigating the app, online banking, and redeeming points.
  • Lead with empathy and apologize for delays with wait times.
  • Client experience, servicing clients, fulfill immediate needs, and identify additional opportunities available to the client.
  • Strictly dealing with credit cards, understand the product itself, and help with interest calculations and how it's captured, review transactions, identify any fraudulent transactions, and explain the benefits of the card.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese or English and French.
  • 1 year+ of fast-paced call center/customer service experience.
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices with above-average keyboarding skills, internet, and computer navigation.
  • Experience working in a team and metrics-based performance environment.
  • Full availability Monday to Sunday 12PM-1AM local time.
  • Minimum education requirements: High school.
