Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with various banking solutions and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team results and support client needs
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests
  • Stay up-to-date with digital capabilities and educate clients on how to navigate our app and online banking
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese or English and French
  • 1 year+ of fast-paced call center/customer service experience
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices with above-average keyboarding skills, internet, and computer navigation
  • Experience working in a team and metrics-based performance environment
  • Full availability Monday to Sunday 12PM-1AM local time
  • Minimum education requirements: High school
