Previous experience handling the A/R

Coordinating with Office supervisor in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.

Dealing with clients in showroom.


Computer literate - specifically in preparing business correspondence, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)Data entry using 10-key keypad.

Address dealer's concerns in accordance with company policies or escalating same to Office supervisor for solutions.

All day-to-day operation matters and performing multifaceted general office support.
