- Working flexible hours between 9am to 4pm work hours may need to vary to accommodate Principal's calendar and engagements

What you'll do here
- Provide administrative support: Reminders for work in process, drafting documents, filing, organizing, assembling mailings
- Record and reconcile daily trades and maintain trade spreadsheet
- Provide weekly reporting of pending business
- Answer phones and forward to appropriate associate
- Point of contact for team including compliance changes
- Maintain all trade files
- Purchase office supplies
- Assist with organizing team trainings
- Mail pickup (Canada Post) and interoffice mail sort and distribute daily
- Providing ongoing troubleshooting support for team members as it relates to minor technical queries
- Remind associates of upcoming deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
