As a Client Onboarding Senior Representative, you will be responsible for providing oversight/control on client account opening documents to help reduce the firm's risk with the applicable regulating bodies.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

Review, analyze and approve//reject documents for completion and accuracy using various system applications Provide support on account opening related queries by remaining current and informed on existing and new industry regulations and firm policies and procedures Adhere to processing deadlines within established Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring customer satisfaction and processing efficiency levels are met and maintained Maintain client account integrity by performing sundry duties as required

The Must Haves:

Post secondary education Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset Prior knowledge of financial industry policies and regulations including AML/ATF, Privacy, KYC, QI & FATCA, IIROC Reg 1300 and CRS is an asset Knowledge of AS400, Broadridge, SCORE and WealthOne Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
