Client Onboarding Coordinator

What is the opportunity?


The Onboarding team will work with clients and internal partners to design solutions for prioritized initiatives that impact client experience.

These will cover all client onboarding and offboarding activities, and, where the client P&L supports it, bespoke client initiatives.

Client Onboarding & Transitions team is responsible for the co-ordination of standard onboarding activity. The team leads the onboarding activity including planning, coordination of execution, managing client and internal stakeholders.

Onboarding & transition activity could be for any or all business lines and includes (but is not limited to) launch, migration out closure, new service implementation, new counterparty implementation, restructure.

The Client Onboarding team will gather requirements from client and counterparties, liaising with all internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding activity is completed in agreed timeline with proper governance.

*This is a contract role until October 2023*
What will you do?

  • Responsible for coordination of standard onboarding & offboarding activities
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of all clients, and client activity throughout their relationship which includes (but is not limited to) launch custody, migration in/out (partial and full), inspecie transfers, Account Openings and Custody closure.
  • Client Onboarding Coordinator will gather & document requirements from client and counterparties, liaising with all internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding activity is completed in agreed timeline with proper governance
  • Client Onboarding Coordinator will coordinate or lead the onboarding activity including planning, coordination of execution, managing client and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all activities are tracked within tools like New Business Tracker or any other agreed tool
  • Work closely with Onboarding managers to support a transition and complete task on agreed timeline
  • Provide support to Client Service managers on administrative functions and maintenance requests from clients and relationship managers
