As a Client Onboarding Senior Representative, your main duty is overseeing and controlling client account opening documents to minimize the firm's risk with the relevant regulatory bodies.
This position is for a 12-month term.
Is this role suitable for you? In this position, you will:
- Review, assess, and approve/reject documents for accuracy and completeness using different system applications
- Offer assistance on account opening inquiries by staying up-to-date on existing and new industry regulations, as well as firm policies and procedures
- Meet processing deadlines outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure customer satisfaction and processing efficiency
- Safeguard client account integrity by performing necessary tasks
Essential Requirements:
- Post-secondary education
- Having the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is advantageous
- Prior understanding of financial industry regulations like AML/ATF, Privacy, KYC, QI & FATCA, IIROC Reg 1300, and CRS is a plus
- Familiarity with AS400, Broadridge, SCORE, and WealthOne
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
