Real Estate Team is looking for an assistant for the team to provide the following:
Qualify leads using CRM system (you need to be good at calls)

Follow up with clients and partners

Your main focus will be on setting appointments and the following:

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
  • Coordinate with inspections, contractors, mortgage agents and appraisal processes.
  • Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents & lenders etc.
  • Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.
  • Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
  • Schedule, coordinate & attend the closing process.
  • Input all client information into a client database system and marketing of new projects.
  • Maintain Social media presence for realtor's & team business
  • Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day client customer service followup calls to assist with any
  • Home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.
  • MUST Have a Car
  • Some real estate experience is an asset especially use of the MLS system
  • Lead generations and agent recruitments
  • Marketing & graphics experience is a plus.
  • Must have related real estate brokerage experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

COVID-19 considerations:
All individuals are required to wear a mast and common surfaces are sanitized regularly, etc

Education:

  • Secondary School (required)

Experience:

Real Estate: 1 year (required)
