  • Manage daytoday operations of business Provide high level administrative support to the Realtors on the team Prepare listings for broker load Weekly client contact/update and showing feedback Database maintenance
- computer and administrative tasks Prepare Pre-List or Buyer Packages for appointments Listing Administration
- prepare offers and other real estate related documents Sale/Purchase Administration - condition follow up,

  • Social Medias Savvy
  • Post and Maintain Social Media content
  • Post deal support such as obtain lawyer information, trade record details
  • Order and Send vendor/buyer Monthly Newsletter mail outs to client database
  • Booking of appointments with vendors Office organization,
- management and maintenance of all equipment

  • Attend the appropriate meetings with the team; meeting minutes as required
  • Compile packages of property data, which contain material specifically tailored to each client Research
  • Compile and analyze information for standard and special reports
  • Excellent computer skills Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Knowledge of TREB is an absolute asset
  • Fast learner
  • Advanced knowledge of all real estate paperwork is an asset
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must
  • Speaking other languages is an asset, such as Chinese, Indian, etc.
