Are you a highly organized and motivated individual looking to join a dynamic real estate team? We're on the lookout for a talented Real Estate Assistant/Admin to support our growing business.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily administrative tasks for the real estate team.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, showings, and meetings.
  • Prepare and organize real estate documents, listings, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and compile relevant data for analysis.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software/tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
