Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Century 21 Real Estate Full time

Previous real estate experience admin/reception is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to our Agents, Clients, Management, and ensure that our front desk operations are functioning smoothly and efficiently.
  • Able to make decisions and work with mínimal supervision.
  • Answering calls using our webbased VOIP phone system
  • Taking and sending messages to Agents using our internal paging system Brokerbay
  • Book/Confirm/attempt listing appointment requests using Brokerbay
  • Receiving deposit cheques and preparing deposit receipts
  • Brokerloading listings into the Toronto MLS
  • Processing price changes and other amendments on MLS listings
  • Preparing offers, amendments, notice of fulfillments and other real estate forms using Webforms
  • Organizing listing paperwork using google drive and Brokerbay
  • Helping Agents with various tasks such as typing, drafting letters, loading listings, typing offers and other documents
  • Stock/order office supplies, keeping the office organized, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous real estate reception experience required
  • Experienced with TRREB MLS/Stratus/Webforms/Authentisign, BrokerBay, Gmail/Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Strong problemsolving and solutionsbased approach
  • Works well under pressure and is up for a challenge
  • Extremely organized and systemsbased with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Technologically competent and capable of learning new systems
  • Strong interactive skills to work positively to help and support Agents
  • A cheerful attitude, remaining calm under pressure, and a willingness to help are all essential in this role

Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
