What will you be doing?

  • Transcribing interviews; providing cleaned transcripts to researchers for analysis
  • Sourcing speakers and attendees for ICTC conferences and events; managing speaker relations and coordinating meetings as needed
  • Seeking and sourcing valueadd speaking opportunities for research team and others; scanning for other relevant avenues to boost ICTC's thought leadership across provinces and internationally
  • Completing environmental scans to identify potential business or collaboration opportunities across provinces and internationally; shortlisting the most relevant opportunities and presenting business cases
  • Form valueadd relationships and partnerships with key organizations across provinces and internationally
  • Engaging with existing stakeholders and nurturing relationships
  • Engaging government representatives and supporting relationship development and engagement, as needed
  • Assisting with meeting/event coordination, logistics, and planning, as needed
  • Assisting with outreach for projects, as needed
  • Assist with file management and other administrative tasks, as needed

Do you have the following knowledge?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field (e.g., business, English, finance, communications, marketing, etc.)
  • Knowledge of stakeholder relations best practices
  • Knowledge/experience with nonprofit operations and processes
  • Proven ability to communicate at an advanced level written and verbally in French
