Employment Term: 24-25 School Year – Daily hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Salary Range: $88,035 – $112,323 Annually
Reports to: Associate Superintendent of School Improvement
Position Overview: The MTSS Coordinator and Grant Writer plays a pivotal role in guiding the execution of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework across the district. This position is also tasked with the oversight of grant applications and the consolidated application process, ensuring that every student receives essential academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support for their overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive MTSS framework throughout the district.
- Engage with various stakeholders to create and evaluate intervention strategies.
- Provide professional development and training on MTSS methodologies.
- Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
- Lead and facilitate MTSS collaborative meetings.
- Investigate and identify potential grant funding opportunities.
- Draft and submit compelling grant proposals.
- Oversee the management of awarded grants.
- Coordinate the development and submission of consolidated applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate information regarding MTSS and grant opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of MTSS.
- Proven success in grant writing and management.
- Familiarity with educational funding regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Physical Requirements: The role involves working in a standard office environment, utilizing typical office equipment, and engaging in communication both in person and via telephone.
