Project Coordinator
Duties:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, including milestones and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, such as reports and presentations
- Good Knowledge in Remedy, Jira & MS Office
- Coordinate meetings and conferences related to the project
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and budget allocations
- Assist in the development and implementation of project strategies
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decisionmaking
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and contract documents
- Knowledge of time management principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
