About the Role

Premform Limited is seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction-related role.
