What are we looking for?

BetterSleep is looking for a CRM Growth Manager to define, implement and execute CRM strategies to get the maximum impact on revenues and retention. This individual will be in charge of creating personalized and effective communication strategies with our users to make their user journey and sleep exceptional. CRM influences multiple KPIs, and you need to be highly dedicated to them.

The ideal candidate will be excited about finding innovative ideas, testing repeatedly, and measuring results using the different CRM and analytics tools to move the needle. This role is about growth and optimization therefore it sits within marketing + product,so you must be self-driven and work efficiently with teams that have different goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the CRM vision through multiple channels (email, push, in-app messages, sms, etc.);
  • Working closely with the product team to optimize the user journey and user experience using personalized and engaging communications to improve user retention, activation and conversion;
  • Collaborate with the paid media team on user acquisition and retention campaigns;
  • Implements segmentation strategies in order to optimize and increase the efficiency of our communications;
  • Develops tailored programs for each audience group;
  • Perform A \ B tests all the time to find the best solutions and constantly maximize and improve the performance of BetterSleep;
  • Collaborate with the design, brand management and editorial team to develop a content strategy that encourages sales and brand engagement depending on the different audience groups identified;
  • Keeps up to date with new CRM trends, best practices and with the competition;
  • Collaborates with the IT team on data integration workflow, export, as well as new data integration
Requirements

  • Passionate about Growth Marketing;
  • Bachelor degree in marketing or relevant field;
  • 5+ years of related work experience coupled with mobile app experience in high growth startup;
  • Passionate about marketing and user journey, skilled with data, intuition and deep empathy;
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), collaborative, attention to detail, time management and organizational skills;
  • Expert familiarity with CRM platforms or ability to learn quickly (e.g. iterable, mixpanel, etc);
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a strong asset.

Ce que nous recherchons

BetterSleep est à la recherche d'un responsable de la croissance CRM pour définir, mettre en œuvre et exécuter des stratégies CRM afin d'obtenir un impact maximal sur les revenus et la rétention. Cette personne sera chargée de créer des stratégies de communication personnalisées et efficaces avec nos utilisateurs afin de rendre leur expérience et leur sommeil exceptionnels. Le CRM a une influence sur de nombreux KPI, et vous devrez vous y consacrer pleinement.

Le candidat idéal sera enthousiaste à l'idée de trouver des idées innovantes, de les tester à plusieurs reprises et de mesurer les résultats en utilisant les différents outils de CRM et d'analyse pour faire bouger l'aiguille. Ce rôle est axé sur la croissance et l'optimisation et se situe donc au sein du marketing et du produit. Vous devez donc être autonome et travailler efficacement avec des équipes qui ont des buts et des objectifs différents.

Responsabilités

  • Créer et exécuter la vision CRM à travers de multiples canaux (email, push, messages in-app, SMS, etc.);
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe produit pour optimiser le parcours et l'expérience utilisateur en utilisant des communications personnalisées et engageantes pour améliorer la rétention, l'activation et la conversion des utilisateurs;
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe des médias payants sur les campagnes d'acquisition et de rétention des utilisateurs;
  • Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de segmentation afin d'optimiser et d'accroître l'efficacité de nos communications;
  • Développer des programmes sur mesure pour chaque groupe d'audience;
  • Effectuer des tests A/B constamment pour trouver les meilleures solutions et optimiser et améliorer en permanence la performance de BetterSleep;
  • Collaborer avec le design, la gestion de la marque et l'équipe éditoriale pour développer une stratégie de contenu qui encourage les ventes et l'engagement de la marque en fonction des différents groupes d'audience identifiés;
  • Se tenir au courant des nouvelles tendances du CRM, des meilleures pratiques et de la compétition;
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe informatique sur le flux de travaux d'intégration des données, l'exportation, ainsi que l'intégration de nouvelles données
Profil

  • Passionné par le marketing de croissance;
  • Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine pertinent;
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un domaine similaire, avec une expérience dans le domaine des applications mobiles dans une startup à forte croissance;
  • Passionné par le marketing et le parcours de l'utilisateur, habile avec les données, l'intuition et une profonde empathie;
  • Excellente communication (orale et écrite), esprit de collaboration, souci du détail, gestion du temps et sens de l'organisation;
  • Familiarité avec les plateformes CRM ou capacité à apprendre rapidement (par ex. iterable, mixpanel, etc.);
  • La connaissance du HTML et du CSS est un fort atout.
