A job opportunity as an E-mail CRM Integrator is available in the CRM Integration team at National Bank. This role involves contributing to the development and integration of e-mail campaigns using technological tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and integrating email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Acoustic Campaign via HTML and CSS
  • Managing the day-to-day execution of email deployment for various projects
  • Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams for successful campaign execution
  • Conducting test design and execution, implementing A/B and multivariate testing methods
  • Contributing to personalization elements definition in collaboration with targeting teams
  • Contributing to the selection of content/design/HTML type for improved productivity rates
  • Analyzing data from email marketing programs to develop internal best practices
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and reduce execution complexity
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree completed with relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, HTML, and CSS coding principles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an asset
  • Experience in project delivery and testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and customer-centric approach

Languages:

  • French
